Dr. V. K. Gupta has about 22 Years teaching experience. Presently, working as a Director cum Principal [Approved by Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur] at Dreamz College of Pharmacy, Khilra, Sunder Nagar (Mandi), H.P.] Earlier he has worked at various prestigious institutions of Haryana and Punjab at various designations. He did his B. Pharm. from Gulberga University, Karnatka. M. Pharm. from J.S.S. College of Pharmacy, Ooty (Tamilnadu) and Ph. D. from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, Hry. (NBA accredited Grade A - Govt. University).   He has attended various Seminars/Symposia/Conferences/Workshops/Faculty Development Programmes as a participant and as a Resource Person. He has attended many International and National Conferences. He has actively organized/participated in many Seminars/Conferences/ Faculty Development Programme/Workshops etc.   He is a Life member of many professional societies viz. Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), The Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association (IPGA). Presently, he has also served as a Vice-President, APTI, Himachal Pradesh State. Dr. Gupta got First rank in Science group (both Medical & Non-Medical) in 10+2 in the college in year 1993. He also qualified IELTS test conducted by British Council, Idp Australia & University of Cambridge in year 2012.   He has published many research and review papers in reputed National and International journals. He has completed 17 PG Research Projects successfully and associated with 02 Ph. D. research scholars. Dr. Gupta has also been awarded Best Principal Award in year 2020 by Operant Pharmacy Federation (OPF).  He is also serving as an Executive Member, Academic Advisory Board, of various reputed institutions.     Dr. Gupta has been taken many key responsibilities as an Advisor of crucial committee viz. Admission, Placement, Advertisement, Marketing, Building & Planning, Event organizing etc. He has been associated with examinership of many prestigious institutions/Govt. Universities/Deemed Universities/Technical Boards of Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.
